Purchase Conditions
With regard to the sale:
This will be understood to be perfected at the same time as the order is placed.
Regarding prices and availability of products:
The prices of the products in this portal include VAT and are valid unless stocks run out or there is a typographical error. If the stock of an ordered product runs out, the order will be cancelled, the customer will be notified and will be offered a product with similar characteristics, or if applicable, the money paid will be refunded.
Regarding shipping costs:
They are not included in the price and are payable by the buyer. These shipping costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed and the buyer is informed at that precise moment of the amount of the shipping costs.
Regarding payment methods:
By bank transfer, Bizum, credit or debit card.
Regarding the return of purchased products:
Standard UNE 1750001 (quality of service in commerce) The return of perishable products is not contemplated, as this would break the traceability of the foodstuffs and would jeopardise their safety.
The amount paid will only be refunded when the product is defective, has been damaged in transport or there is an error in the product sent attributable exclusively to Carmen Concepción Zaragoza Faura, for which the user is obliged to communicate this with a photo and a copy of the receipt from the transport company in which it was indicated, and in this case the amount of the purchase of the product in question will be refunded.
